I'm new to the forum but have been a dog-lover since childhood. My family has taken care of several dogs since I was in first grade. We've raised a total of 23 dogs (including the deceased ones). Now only 3 dogs are left, 1 recently adopted 2 months ago. Two of our current dogs are mongrels and only the eldest, a 9-year-old semi-golden retriever, is hybrid.
