I'm not sure if I would free with giving my dog an injection myself. Even if it's under the instructions of my vet, I'm not sure if I would still be able to do it. Injection is very painful for me and it's why I can't do. I might do it wrong out of fear.

Giving any animals an injection I wouldn't feel comfortable with at all so I can understand why you worry about giving your dog an injection.

You know yourself how an injection feels and knowing that is how it is going to feel on your dog as well and not knowing how they will react or even if you may do it wrong only makes that fear worse for you.

I can't even give myself any shots because I don't know how to do it and I'm as well not going to try it with any of my dogs. Even if I see how their vet does it 100x, I'm never going to try it.

I'm not a vet. I wouldn't know how to inject my dog. I will never try this because I will hurt my dog more I would help them. I will take them to the vet and have a professional do this job.

I don't like injections either to be given to me or even sitting where doctors and nurses are treating their patients. My brother is the only one that can give injections to our dog and if he's not around, I will take the dog to the vet.
