Our dog is totally a part of our family! We had our dog before we had children, so in a way he was our "first baby" and imagining life without him is impossible. He's great with our kids and so patient too, he really is the perfect dog and such a valued part of our life.

I always include my pets in the family. I have a Tibetan Apso, we call him Prince. Prince is the part of the family. We always call him by his name and never refer him as a dog. When some relatives come in the house and call him the dog, we are ready to pick bones with that person. Prince is always the part of our celebrations and festivals.
