Jumping gerbils! I never even knew people did this. Why would anyone want to declaw their cats 🙁

Like others, I'd heavily put this in the animal abuse ballpark. Where is this happening, OP?

Is it illegal to cut out human tongue? If you answer that question, then you will know if it's illegal or not to declaw a cat.

If you don't like a particular pet, don't get it. This is pet abuse!!

The only thing that you are legally allowed to do to your cats in my country is to trim their claws so that it will limit how they scratch very often but to completely declaw your cat is totally illegal in my country and you can be fined or even jailed as a result of it.
