All dogs leashes are not the same thing. There are some of them which are too strong while there are one's very comfortable. The one's used for aggressive dogs like pitbull and bulldogs are very strong. They can't be used on smaller dogs. 

All leashes can never be the same. Some of them are stronger while others are softer. It depends on the materials that was used in making the leash. I love leaches which are silicone built. 

If I'm buying a leash for my dog, I'm always going for something with high quality and very comfortable for my dog. I wouldn't mind paying more for it as long as it's worth it. 

Definitely not. I've found the right leash makes a big difference in comfort, control, and overall walking experience.
