My dog always destroys his toys within minutes. We have spent a lot of money on toys that are supposed to be durable but the testers have obviously never met Shadow.
Can anyone advise on some TOUGH dog toys please?
You could try a cricket ball. Those things are made from strong stuff. They might be quite expensive though.
You have to tell us the kind of toy that your dog seems to destroy too quickly so that we don't recommend what have been destroyed before. My dog can't destroy his Wishbone Chew Toy. No matter he does with it, it's always firm.

A cricket ball is definitely a strong chew toy but it's got a high possibility of causing the dog a serious tooth damage. I wouldn't recommend it too quickly.
Elastic rubber toys are just so perfect when it comes to dealing with dogs that are always in the habit of destroying their toys. They can chew on it all day long and it's never going to cut.
You can get a beer bottle rubber toy. There's no way your dog can be able to damage the toy. My dog is very aggressive but he's not been able to damage his beer bottle rubber toy for years now.
