In my experience dog owners who own relatively small dogs like poodles and shi tzus are more affectionate, more prone to cuddling generally like cute stuff. Large dog owners are more active and physical and have some kind of hobby. People who own mixed-breed strays or adopted dogs have big hearts that's for sure.

We have a medium size dog (57 lbs), and he adapts to our life style. If we are lazy then he is lazy just hanging around us. If we are active then he is active.

I can't say that I am a stereotype in judging people who have different types of dogs. I will have bad thought though toward dog owners who don't pick up after their dog's business. That is the only thing I am guilty of 🙂

I have met just one single man with a small dog (not including me) and I think he's the only one... but he loved his dog, lol!
And yes... I think that the dog you own says a lot about you, I don't really know how to describe it, but all the dog owners that I have met kind of are like their dogs? Not in a bad way, but for example I have a friend who is extremely cute and loves to eat, and she owns a dog who is really cute and loves to eat! And I have other friend who is kind of masculine and says funny things all the time and her dog is kind of agressive but really cute and playful when you get to know her. 😀
