This is my first time of reading something like this. I haven't seen any video that cats react to cucumber. I will check YouTube to know if it's truth. I don't have a cat right now, assuming I have one, I will try it out with her.

I've heard about it but never cared about going to find the video to watch. I'm guessing it's not a big thing now otherwise, I'm very sure so many videos of it will be dumped on Tiktok by different users.

I checked it out and frankly speaking, I didn't know why they react like that to cucumbers. I think nobody understands the reason too because the comments wasn't giving a good explanation.

Cats are not afraid of cucumbers. They might be startled when they see a cucumber by sudden but that doesn't mean they are afraid of it. This is just a nonsense going viral online.

Both of my brother's and mother's cats are not afraid of cucumbers. Those cats fight dogs and snakes which is why cucumbers are the last thing they are going to be afraid of.

I've seen many on Tiktok about cats jumping when they see a cucumber but I don't know the reason for that. Some of the commenters said that they jumped out of there because they thought it's a snake.
