Sleeping is one of the ways that we get to relax and have a good time. As long as I am concerned, sleeping can be therapeutic for a lot of reasons. This makes me to wonder if there is anything that would make one not to sleep?

Whenever I am not happy, I can't sleep. If I am disturbed in my spirit, I find it so difficult to fall asleep unless I settle the trouble in my mind and spirit.
