There is a need for moderation in anything which a dog owner allows his or her pet to do. So, when it comes to how long dogs are to be allowed to exercise and play, what's the right timing for it? I wouldn't like to let my dog over-exert himself.
What do you all think?

Our dog is a healthy, active dog. We normally allow her to have some playtime in our yard for about 30 minutes before we can take her for a walk. Such walk doesn't take up to 60 minutes and we are back for a wash.
