My friend's dog have been on a very bad run of having her puppies dying two days after they are born. It takes a big toll on her and even my friend. What could be the cause of this constant death of her puppies?

There's something definitely wrong with the mother dog and her pregnancy till she gives birth for this kind of thing to be happening constantly. Your friend need to go for full vet check with the dog and find out what's wrong. I'm so sorry to hear this and it can be very heartbreaking.
