A very good friend of mine just lost his dog this morning. He was taking his dog for a walk and a car bumped out of no where and hit hit dog. The driver zoomed off immediately seeing what he's done. It's such a sad day for my friend.
He should report it to the police. They will investigate the matter and if he's lucky, the will find the hit and run driver.

There should be more law protecting animals because a lot of people out there aren't sane enough to understand they don't have the right to kill animals at will because they feel like it. Animal abuse or killing should be well punished by law.
That's so sad, drivers should please be careful and try to drive more cautiously for their sake , for the sake of other road users and also for the sake of these little creatures.
