I've seen some people who takes their dogs with them to almost everywhere they are going including shopping. Personally, I don't like that behaviour from dog owners. Others who came to shop need to have their peace and calmness to shop and not being worried about your dogs in the mall.
Do you take your dog(s) shopping?
No, I don't do that. Even though I would love to go with my dogs everywhere, I have to respect the space of others especially at shopping malls. My dogs are left at home when I need to go shopping myself which I don't always do because I order in.
It's too stressful taking my dog shopping with me. I can't be dragging and pulling him all the time because he wants to chase people around. He plays too much. I can't put up with it at the mall.
Dogs doesn't have anything to do when shopping. I wouldn't even say let them guard the car because the car can be locked. People should stop being stupid taking their dogs to shopping.
I do take my dog everywhere I'm going. Yes, I've taken him to shopping but I have rules and principles that always guide me. I will make sure to keep him where he won't be a disturbance to other customers, he's cool while staying at a spot waiting for me.

What's the essence of taking your dog to shopping and keeping him somewhere at one point? It's the same thing as leaving him at home to go for your shopping.
A dog doesn't have any business with shopping as far as I'm concerned and that is the reason why I would never think about taking my dog to a shopping mall. You can't be walking about inside the shopping mall with a dog and it's not smart to leave a dog locked up inside the car.
