He has a perfectly good dog house but prefers to lay in his food bowl. He is a medium size dog and he manages to lay in the area that we put his dog food. I am guessing he likes the smell of his dog food and gets the taste when he licks himself in the morning.
He poops and pees on top of his dog house.
He loves to wrap himself up around trees when I take him on walks. He does it on purpose I have watched him look at the tree and slowly head for it...I don't know why...

That's not a good habit which I would allow my dog to be getting into. It looks messy and dirty. I would say that the dog needs a firm training to start behaving properly. I don't pamper my dogs.
