For me, 1-3 is the right amount since I don't think I can handle any more than that. However for others, as long as they can treat each dog well and give them the necessary love and attention, then any number is fine

I prefer maybe just 2 to three dogs at a time. I do want more but it would not be practical anymore. I think it will apply to everyone that you should be able to care with what you have. You can have as many dogs or any pets you want as long as you can care for them, love and value them as equal as possible.

Personally for me, no matter how much I love dogs, I can't have more than two dogs. This is because I can only be able to take care of two dogs very well without having any challenges. It's the best thing for my dogs. So, only two dogs would be ample enough for me. 

Two dogs max is enough for me. No matter how much I love dogs, I won't keep more than two of them because it's going to be overwhelming for me. I have two dogs at the moment and that's it for me.
